Jan Peter Wingender – City Hall, Den Helder

Jan Peter studied at Eindhoven University of Technology and the Berlage Institute in Amsterdam.
He regularly lectures, writes on architecture and is a jurymember and guest lecturer at architecture schools in the Netherlands and abroad. From 2003 to 2007, Jan Peter headed the architecture department of the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam. He was a lecturer at the Amsterdam University of the Arts and in 2016 published the book ‚Brick, An Exacting Material‘.
Jan Peter is a board member of the BNA, supervisor for the Pampusbuurt on Amsterdam IJburg and the Zuidasdok on Amsterdam Zuidas.
